In my journey through IT, I’ve experienced the thrill of development, the complexities of project management, and the joy of continuous learning.
Over time, however, I have encountered challenges like an imbalanced work-life equation and a sense of professional stagnation.
Determined to make a greater impact and stay current with industry trends, I have expanded my role to include training and upskilling efforts.
Transitioning into IT management brought new responsibilities, but also an opportunity to support and mentor new managers.
